Представлен авторский взгляд на связь геополитических процессов Старого Света с переносом физической энергии по глобальным меридиональным и широтным линеаментам. Ранее разработанная автором модель макродинамики геополитических процессов дополнена введением в описание переноса энергии социального действия оси «Север — Юг». Предложена уточненная модель взаимосвязи геополитически активных зон Старого Света, а также изложен авторский взгляд на возможности снижения социального напряжения в этих зонах.

Opportunity to identify potential weak link in the system of geopolitical relations is crucial to contemporary world politics. For some years I am developing a model of global geopolitical dynamics. This model allows one to consider the geopolitical phenomena as a result of energy transfer both of social action and of physical energy (solar energy and internal energy of the Earth). The subject of this article is the link between the destructive mass actions in Old World of 2005—2013 and increasing of seismic activity and its transfer by the global north-south and latitudinal lineaments. Based on a considerable amount of empirical data I managed to identify the most active latitudinal and north-south fault zones (22—23° E, 30° E. 36° E, 44° E, 51° E; 40° N, 50° N) and Old World’s areas of high social tension located on this lineaments. These social tensions areas are related to each other by ‘lines of force] of social and physical energy transfer under the leading influence of rotational forces, which in the Eastern Hemisphere directed from south to north of the equator.
On the basis of social and political analysis of events of 2005—2013 in Maghreb, Levant, at Middle East and in Europe, I conclude about the main reason of social tension common to these regions, which is enhanced by the action of natural forces. I suppose this main reason is unemployment and the degradation of social relations under its influence. The second major cause of tension, especially for countries of the South, is desertification of lands. Hence I conclude ineffective military action for quell the unrest in geological active areas and give preference to measures for job creation, administrative and police actions on compulsion to socially useful labor and ecological activities.
